Insurance for psychotherapy
I am in-network with Premera Blue Cross
For out-of-network plans, services may be reimbursed in part or full by your insurance company. Check with your insurance company if your plan includes out-of-network providers and what deductible needs to be met. I am happy to provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider (superbills).

Reschedule
You can reschedule your appointment for another time the same week up until 10am the day prior to your appointment free of charge.
Cancellation Policy
The full session rate will be charged for missed appointments or appointments cancelled within 5 business days of the scheduled time. You have one free cancelation per calendar year. This policy excludes unforeseen emergencies and illness.
